OBJECTIFS: Le nettoyage des intestins est une plainte majeure du patient lors d'une coloscopie. L'ajout de laxatifs à la préparation de l'intestin est efficace pour remplacer une partie de la solution de préparation de l'intestin et en réduire le volume. Le prucalopride est un agoniste des récepteurs de la sérotonine qui stimule la motilité gastro-intestinale et fournit une force propulsive pour la défécation. Cette étude visait à comparer 1 L de polyéthylène glycol (PEG) à l'acide ascorbique (Asc) plus 2 mg de prucalopride (1LP / AP) et 2 L PEG à Asc (2LP / A) pour la préparation de coloscopie en ce qui concerne la qualité du nettoyage de l'intestin et les effets secondaires. effets.
