Dans ce travail, les nanorodes de carbone à faible coût ont assemblé des aérogels de réseaux de carbones méso-macroporeux hiérarchiques (CNs-HMCNA) respectueux de l'environnement à partir d'une biomasse abondante et bon marché de pommes (Malus pumila Mill). La biomasse de CN-HMCNA dérivés de pommes présentait une structure méso-macroporeuse hiérarchique unique avec une grande surface spécifique et une forte densité de sites présentant des arêtes défectueuses. Au niveau du GCE modifié du CNs-HMCNA (CNs-HMCNAs / GCE), le transfert d’électrons entre l’électrode de carbone vitreux (GCE) et l’acide ascorbique (AA) (ou le peroxyde d’hydrogène (H2O2)) a été efficacement accru, induisant ainsi une faible surtension pour électrooxydation AA (ou électroréduction H2O2). En tant que capteur électrochimique AA (ou H2O2), les CNs-HMCNA / GCE présentaient une plage linéaire plus large, une limite de détection plus basse, une sensibilité et une stabilité supérieures à celles de la GCE et des GCE modifiées par les nanotubes de carbone (CNT / GCE). En particulier, les CN-HMCNA / GCE ont montré une grande faisabilité potentielle dans la détermination pratique de AA (en injection de AA, comprimé de vitamine C et jus de kiwi) ou de H2O2 (dans l'urine humaine, le lait et la bière).
