Un capteur ultra-sensible est décrit pour la détermination voltamétrique de l'acide ascorbique (AA). Une électrode de carbone vitreux (GCE) a été modifiée avec de l'oxyde de graphène (GO), des nanotubes de carbone à parois multiples (MWCNT) et des nanorodes d'or (AuNR). GO a été utilisé pour empêcher l’agrégation des MWCNT. L'intégration des AuNR chargés positivement réduit le surpotentiel et augmente le courant de pointe de l'oxydation de l'AA. Les valeurs de mérite de ce capteur, fonctionnant généralement à un faible potentiel de travail de 0,036 V (vs Ag / AgCl), incluent une limite de détection basse (0,85 nM), une sensibilité élevée (7,61 muA.muM (-1) .cm (- 2)) et deux larges plages linéaires (de 1 nM à 0,5 µM et de 1 µM à 8 mM). L'utilisation de GO simplifie la fabrication et donne un capteur très reproductible et stable. Il a été appliqué à la quantification de l'AA dans le sérum enrichi.
