Fonctionnalisation à médiation par la lipase de poly (3-hydroxybutyrate-co-3-hydroxyvalérate) avec de l'acide ascorbique en un biomatériau actif antioxydant.

Les biopolymères de polyhydroxyalcanoates (PHA) produits naturellement ont des applications médicales limitées en raison de leur nature fragile et hydrophobe. Dans cette étude, un copolymère poly (3-hydroxybutyrate-co-3-hydroxyvalérate) P (3HB-co-3HV) a été produit en utilisant Escherichia coli YJ101, puis fonctionnalisé avec de l'acide ascorbique en utilisant une estérification induite par Candida antarctica lipase B. Le copolymère d'acide p (3HB-co-3HV) -ascorbique présentait un degré de cristallinité plus bas (9,96%), une température de dégradation thermique plus élevée (294,97 ° C) et un caractère hydrophile (68 degrés) par rapport à P (3HB-co-3HV). De plus, le biomatériau acide perorbique P (3HB-co-3HV) a montré un effet de piégeage de 14% sur le 1,1-diphényl-2-picryl-hydrazyle (DPPH) et une multiplication par 1,6 de la biodégradabilité par rapport au P (3HB-co- 3HV). L’amélioration des propriétés des polymères du PHAs par l’ajout de groupes fonctionnels pourrait être une bonne approche pour augmenter leur biodégradabilité, leur valeur économique et leurs applications importantes dans le domaine médical.
