Une méthodologie analytique rapide et portable a été développée pour la quantification de l'acide ascorbique (vitamine C) à partir d'échantillons aqueux utilisant un système spectrométrique basé sur un smartphone, pour la première fois. La méthode utilise des approches au point d'utilisation pour la préparation et la mesure des échantillons, démontrant ainsi la capacité de contrôle mobile de la qualité de produits pharmaceutiques et alimentaires. Notre approche utilise une réaction d'oxydoréduction entre l'acide ascorbique et le bleu de méthylène, suivie d'une micro-extraction dispersive liquide-liquide (DLLME) pour extraire le bleu de méthylène en phase aqueuse dans un milieu organique. Ensuite, une procédure d'extraction en retour est utilisée pour transférer le bleu de méthylène dans un milieu aqueux, suivie d'une analyse du spectre d'absorption de l'échantillon en utilisant le système spectrométrique basé sur un smartphone. Les procédures DLLME et d'extraction en retour sont optimisées à l'aide d'une stratégie d'optimisation à plusieurs variables en deux étapes. Enfin, les suppléments de vitamine C et le jus d'orange sont utilisés comme échantillons du monde réel pour évaluer l'applicabilité de la méthode basée sur un smartphone, qui est comparée avec succès à l'approche standard basée sur le laboratoire.
