Récemment, les enzymes artificielles de type oxydase à base de nanomatériaux ont beaucoup attiré l'attention en raison de leur efficacité catalytique unique, de leur grande stabilité environnementale et de leur faible coût. Dans cette étude, nous montrons pour la première fois l'application de nanofils hybrides polyaniline (PANi) -MnO2 pour imiter l'oxydase. Les nanofils hybrides PANi-MnO2 sont préparés via une réaction redox entre nanofils PANi et KMnO4. Les nanofils hybrides PANi-MnO2 ainsi préparés présentent une activité catalytique de type oxydase améliorée par rapport aux nanofils PANi individuels et au MnO2 seul en raison de l'effet catalytique synergique entre les deux composants. Sur la base des résultats ci-dessus, nous construisons un test colorimétrique à base de nanofils hybrides PANi-MnO2 pour la détection sensible et sélective de sulfite et d'acide ascorbique (AA). Les limites de détection du sulfite et de l'AA sont aussi faibles que 79 et 26 nm, respectivement, ce qui est beaucoup plus bas que de nombreux capteurs colorimétriques à base d'enzymes imitateurs rapportés. Ce travail démontre une large perspective potentielle de nanofils hybrides PANi-MnO2 dans les domaines de la biotechnologie, des sciences de l'environnement et de la sécurité alimentaire.
