Une électrode en carbone vitreux (CB-CNT / PI / GCE) modifiée au polyimide (PI) co-dopé au noir de carbone (CNT) et aux nanotubes de carbone (CNT) a d'abord été préparée pour la détermination simultanée d'acide ascorbique (AA), de dopamine ( DA) et l'acide urique (UA). Le CB-CNT / PI / GCE présentait un comportement électrochimique persistant et d'excellentes activités catalytiques. La voltamétrie cyclique (CV) et la voltampérométrie différentielle par impulsions (DPV) ont été utilisées pour la détection simultanée de AA, DA et UA dans leur mélange ternaire. Les séparations maximales entre AA et DA, et DA et UA, peuvent atteindre 166 mV et 148 mV, respectivement. Les CB-CNT / PI / GCE présentaient une sensibilité élevée à la DA et à l'UA, avec une limite de détection de 1,9 µM et de 3 µM, respectivement. En outre, le CB-CNT / PI / GCE présentait une sélectivité et une stabilité à long terme suffisantes et était applicable à la détection des AA, DA et UA dans un échantillon d'urine humaine.
