Une nouvelle plateforme de détection électrochimique hautement sélective (ZnCl2-CF / GCE) basée sur la combinaison de nanoparticules de peau de kiwi et de chlorure de zinc a été développée pour la détection simultanée d'acide ascorbique (AA), de dopamine (DA) et d'acide urique ( UA). L'électrode construite présente une surface élevée et une structure micro-mésoporeuse. Et les comportements électrochimiques de l'électrode ont également été explorés par voltamétrie cyclique (CV), analyse d'impédance (EIS) et voltampérométrie différentielle par impulsions (DPV). Dans les conditions optimales, le ZnCl2-CF fournit une sensibilité élevée et une signalisation sélective dans le système de coexistence de AA, DA et UA avec des plages de réponse linéaire de 0,05 à 200 µm, de 2 à 2 000 µm et de 1 à 2500 µm, respectivement. Les limites de détection (S / N = 3) ont été calculées comme étant de 0,02 µm, 0,16 µm et 0,11 µM, respectivement. En outre, la méthode a été appliquée avec succès pour déterminer AA, DA et UA dans des échantillons réels, ce qui fournit des applications potentielles dans des études de détection plus poussées.
