En tant que biomolécules importantes, la carence ou l’inadaptation en sulfure d’hydrogène (H2S) ou en acide ascorbique (AA) est associée aux symptômes de la même maladie (par exemple, une maladie cardiovasculaire ou un cancer). Il est urgent de développer une sonde fluorescente capable de distinguer simultanément H2S et AA. Nous rapportons ici les synthèses, la structure et les propriétés de la première sonde fluorescente à double détection permettant de différencier H2S ou / et AA en milieu aqueux. En conséquence, un nouvel acide [EuCu (pydc) 2 (ox) 0,5 (H2O) 3.1.5H2O] 2 n (1, H2pydc = 2,3-pyridinedicarboxylique et ox = acide oxalique) pour la détection sélective et sensible de H2S et AA dans une large plage a été construite (H2S: [130 nM, + infini); AA: [55 nM, + infini)), présentant une excellente activité catalytique comparable à celle de la peroxydase de raifort. En outre, la détection très efficace dans un échantillon de sérum humain prouve également son application potentielle dans le diagnostic médical. Pendant ce temps, une porte à logique combinatoire (AND (INH) -OR) basée sur 1 activée a également été construite. En outre, cette approche pour la détection simultanée de H2S et AA suggère que les travaux en cours élargiront l’application potentielle des structures organométalliques pour les détections doubles ou multiples dans les domaines biomédicaux.
