Un capteur voltampérométrique est présenté pour la détermination simultanée de la dopamine (DA) et de l'acide urique (UA) en présence d'acide ascorbique (AA). Il est basé sur une électrode en or (GE) modifiée avec du nanopolymère DA fonctionnalisé par du graphène à fonctionnalité carboxyle (CFG) et du nanocube d’argent (AgNC @ PDA-NS). Le nanocomposite AgNC @ PDA-NS a été caractérisé par microscopie électronique à balayage et spectroscopie UV-Vis. Le comportement électrochimique de l'électrode modifiée a été évalué par spectroscopie d'impédance électrochimique, voltamétrie cyclique et voltampérométrie différentielle par impulsions. L'électrode modifiée présente une bonne activité électrocatalytique vis-à-vis du DA (typiquement à 0,14 V vs. Ag / AgCl) et de l'UA (typiquement à 0,29 V vs. Ag / AgCl) même en présence d'acide ascorbique. La réponse au DA est linéaire dans la plage de concentrations de 2,5 à 130 μM avec une limite de détection de 0,25 μM. La réponse à UA est linéaire dans la plage de concentration de 10 à 130 μM avec une limite de détection de 1,9 μM. De plus, la sensibilité pour DA et UA est respectivement de 0,538 et 0,156 muA muM (-1) cm (-2). L'électrode modifiée présente également une bonne stabilité, sélectivité et reproductibilité.
