Une méthode simple d'oxydation chimique et d'exfoliation par ultrasons a été mise au point pour synthétiser les nanofeuilles en nitrure de carbone graphitique à deux couches et à couche ultra mince (g-C3N4). Les gN-C3N4 NN ultra-minces préparés présentent une forte fluorescence et une grande stabilité, notamment une bonne photostabilité et une excellente capacité antisal. Ici, un nouveau capteur de commutation fluorescent "on-off-on" est conçu. L'ion de fer (Fe (3+)) a une réponse ultrasensible pour atténuer la fluorescence des N-g-C3N4 en se basant sur l'effet synergique entre l'effet de filtre interne et le transfert d'électrons photo-induit. La limite linéaire pour Fe (3+) était comprise entre 0,05 et 30 molol L (-1) avec une limite de détection de 0,018 molol L (-1). Pendant ce temps, la fluorescence des N-g-C3N4 peut être récupérée par la réaction redox entre Fe (3+) et l’acide ascorbique (AA). De plus, la plage linéaire pour AA était comprise entre 0,2 et 112,5 molol L (-1) avec une limite de détection de 0,086 mololol L (-1). La méthode proposée a montré une réponse rapide, une excellente sélectivité, une large plage de détection et une limite de détection basse pour l'analyse simultanée de Fe (3+) et d'AA.
